Quick answer
What is green junk removal?
Green junk removal means hauling away unwanted items while keeping as much as possible out of the landfill. Junk Removal And Hauling hand-sorts every load so reusable items can be donated and recyclables such as metals, e-waste and paper can be recycled, for businesses and homes across San Diego County.
Green Commercial Junk Removal
Junk Removal And Hauling is San Diego’s most environmentally friendly junk removal business, having pioneered recycling-based junk removal in 2005. We began doing so at that time, and we’ve been turning green ever since.
In our recycling warehouses, we sort each task for metals, e-waste, paper, household products, textiles, furniture, and appliances, among other things.
However, “being green” also entails donating, repurposing, and reusing as much as possible from everything we acquire, including clothing, toys, baby cribs, strollers, and workplace furniture and supplies.
Junk Removal And Hauling is dedicated to continuing to keep our planet clean, green, and beautiful for future generations.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to the items after pickup?
Loads are hand-sorted at our warehouse. We donate what can be reused, recycle what can be recycled and take the rest to appropriate disposal facilities.
How is the price determined?
We charge mainly by how much space your items take up in our truck, plus weight, accessibility and the complexity of the job. You get an upfront price on site before any work starts, and labor, disposal and recycling costs are included. For some single items we can estimate ahead of time.
